Constitution of the
Australian Society of Ophthalmologists Ltd

The Australian Society of Ophthalmologists was registered as a company limited by guarantee under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) in 2016.

Members of the ASO will be deemed to be bound by this Constitution.

In the event that the ASO is wound up, each Member undertakes to contribute a maximum of $10 to the Company for payment of debts and liabilities.
