ASO International Eye Care Expo

The Australian Society of Ophthalmologists will host its inaugural overseas Expo in Hanoi, Vietnam from 15 – 21 September 2024.

Experience the ‘Paris of the Orient’, the cultural heart of Vietnam, surrounded by the River Delta on this seven-day educational program that will take you onto the frontlines of local eye health services.

It is an opportunity to experience second-world ophthalmology, how it works, what you can do, and how you can help — with the added benefit of being able to bring the family or a friend for a tax-deductible getaway close to home. 

The proposed program aims to highlight the challenges facing ophthalmology practices and service delivery in Vietnam and outline how we can contribute to bridge the gaps experienced by our ASEAN friends.
